Ranch and Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Freezer Meal)

Ranch and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
2 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
¾ cup milk
6 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon ranch dressing

*Boil the potatoes in a large pot until soft.  Drain and mash with remaining ingredients.  Scoop into muffin pans and flash freeze by allowing to freeze for 30 minutes.  Remove from muffin tin once frozen and freeze in individual sandwich bags placed in a gallon size freezer bag. 

*To Serve: defrost and heat as many servings as you need in the microwave.

  3. I found this Blog on Pinterest.Thanks for the great ideas,and recipes! You have done an outstanding job! I am a Ranch Cook for a large Ranch,and these Freezer Meals come in handy,at different times of the year,I rarely cook at home,as I Cook in a Cookhouse,for 15-20 Men...but when I do come home,it is usually to just relax,and not have to think about what to cook for meals,so I freeze a lot of my meals,then thaw,cook,and eat!I also use them for slow days on the job...just prep one day,then freeze them the next.
