Hummus Filled Mini Peppers

Hummus Filled Mini Peppers

Hosting is one of my favorite things, however, it can get tricky to host a party when I have 3 little ones helping me. This Hummus Filled Mini Peppers appetizer is so easy!!

I’m all about making it easy to host a party and still have patience left for the kiddos.  I never want my kids to cringe when I say I am hosting guests.

They get to join in the fun and learn to serve and celebrate others.  Win-win in my book.

If you have a Costco near you, you can pick up a big bag of mini peppers there. Simply cut off the tops and take out any remaining seeds (there should not be any if you cut far enough down).

Pipe in your favorite hummus and serve on a platter.  I buy hummus at Costco as well.  This is practically a store bought appetizer but assembled with love.

Happy Hosting!
